We can manage the phases: research and technical development, planning and engineering, construction, operation, business model development, in cooperation with our potential industrial partner for research and development, engineering and construction. We are able to prepare project concepts and we issue project brochures and pre-feasibility studies. We coordinate all single parts of project development and construction. We care for operators for technical projects and we provide tenants for real estate projects. By contact with the local and central administration we care for permissions, licenses and agreements with contractors, suppliers and buyers.
